January 2021
As coronavirus continues to dominate the news, CPW Computing Limited are confident we can continue to support our clients over the forthcoming weeks and months. We have processes in place to minimise the risk to our clients and staff in line with the guidance from Public Health England. We wanted to remind you that, following current guidance, we continue to limit all but essential travel and our staff will follow this policy until such time as the guidance we receive changes.
Meetings in our offices
No face-to-face meetings are taking place at our office and any requirement for meetings have been moved to other communication channels (MS Teams or Zoom), to help protect both you and our team.
Closure of our offices
Our office is closed to all visitors. Deliveries and collections are being managed on an individual basis and will follow strict social distancing processes. Our team are provided with all the equipment they need to work remotely, and our phone system is fully cloud based and therefore will continue to be answered in line with our normal working hours (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm)
Education Sector (supported by regular tech visits)
If your school requires their scheduled tech visits, we will require confirmation (via email) that there have not been any positive COVID-19 cases reported in or to the school in the 72hrs preceding the visit.
Any engineers attending visits will follow strict social distancing guidelines and if these cannot be maintained then the visit will have to be re-arranged.
If your business is impacted
We understand that many of our client continue to be heavily affected by the pandemic. Please contact us so we can discuss how we can assist in enabling you to support remote working for you staff. We are happy to talk through any concerns and work with you to find the right solution. Support services will continue to be provided remotely via our secure remote access solution. If critical supported hardware requires physical support, we will work with the affected client to minimise the risk to both parties.
